Six services. One file, from booking to delivery.
Customs clearing, freight forwarding, transport, bulk cargo handling, warehousing, and consultancy — each one run by the same team that keeps your shipment moving out of Dar es Salaam.
Every service, in detail
Six services that cover a shipment from booking to final delivery.
Customs Clearing & Documentation
We prepare and lodge import and export customs declarations, handle TANCIS entries, assess duty exposure ahead of time, and manage the permits and supporting documents customs will ask for. This is the core of what we do — a licensed agent working your file directly with Tanzania Revenue Authority until the cargo is released.
Freight Forwarding
We book and coordinate sea, air, and road freight for containerized and loose cargo alike, covering transit shipments passing through Tanzania and local import/export movements. On the export side we also prepare shipping documentation and arrange onward transport so cargo leaving Dar es Salaam has a clear route from the start.
Transportation & Delivery
Once cargo is cleared, our trucks take it from the port or depot to its final destination. Every movement is logged and tracked through our ERP system, so you can get a straight answer on where a shipment is without waiting on a phone call.
Bulk & Break-Bulk Cargo
We load and offload bulk and break-bulk vessels — commodities we handle regularly include copper, salt, sulphur, and sugar. Cargo size or nature isn't a barrier; our crews and equipment are set up for the handling these shipments actually require, not scaled-down container work.
Warehousing & Distribution
Through capable storage partners we arrange bonded and general warehousing, with inventory support while cargo waits on clearance or onward transport. Distribution is coordinated as part of the same supply-chain plan, not handed off to a separate provider.
Import & Export Consultancy
Before a shipment leaves origin, we can advise on tariff classification, likely duty exposure, and the documentation a given cargo type and route will require. Getting this right ahead of time is usually what keeps a shipment from sitting at the port waiting on a form that should have been prepared earlier.
From first call to final delivery
Consultation
We review your cargo, route, and paperwork before anything moves, and flag anything likely to cause delay.
Documentation
Declarations, permits, and TANCIS entries are prepared and checked against the shipment before it lands.
Clearance
Our agents work the file directly with customs and port authorities until the cargo is released.
Delivery
Cleared cargo moves by road to its destination, tracked through to signed proof of delivery.
One agent, start to finish.
The same clearing agent stays on your file across every one of these services — someone who knows the cargo and picks up the phone.
